DecoMark Features

Features & Benefits:

DecoMark®, offers fast and efficient installation, skid and slip resistance, and virtually maintenance free.

Fast Installation:
1. Remove debris. Ensure no moisture is present and apply DecoMark®
Sealer according to instructions provided.
2. Position the DecoMark® material according to layout provided.
3. Heat DecoMark® with a propane heat torch then chisel test to ensure
proper bond.

High Skid/Slip Resistant:
• Anti-skid elements, added during manufacturing, ensure skid resistance is maximized, especially in wet conditions. Retroreflective glass beads can be added if signage is used as a traffic control device in compliance with the MUTCD.
• The material is flush across the surface so there are no tripping hazards.

Accessibility: DecoMark® is surface-applied and has the same surface characteristics as the pavement. Therefore, there is no rigid bumpy effect as with imprinted products.

Manufacturing Control: All DecoMark® preformed thermoplastic materials are made at Flint’s manufacturing facility which is ISO 9001:2008 certified for design, development and manufacturing. Quality, value, and long-term performance are built into the marking.
